Great staff and support! The final meeting status needs a little enhancement.
We did three documents in two transactions with Ladonna. Ladonna was thorough in explaining the process and ensuring accuracy. She was professional and fun at the same time. My most important document was incorrect (on me) and required revision. I was pressed for time and Ladonna said, "I'll be watching for this all night. Request me when you upload the new file." Definite customer FOCUS!! The "system" for final Notarizing was confusing wrt how you get tied in for the call. I'd recommend using a Calendar meeting notice in the response with the LINK included that connects the customer to the ENotary Rep. Overall, a great experience.

Hi Rick Lawton, Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that Ladonna provided such a thorough and supportive experience. She truly embodies our commitment to exceptional service. We will be sure to share your kind words with her. We also sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding the final notarization process. Your suggestion to include a calendar meeting notice with a direct link is incredibly helpful, and our team will certainly review it to enhance the overall experience. Thank you again for choosing us. Warm regards, The eNotary On Call Team
