Be careful with this company. They are scammers and poor customer service as well. I purchased item and my item showed delivered but it was delivered to the wrong building and the photo that the delivery person sent to them clearly showed the wrong delivery address. They said they weren’t refunding me or sending me a replacement but they offered to send me replacement if I pay for restocking fee. They said I had to file a police report. I am not filing a police report for an item that cost 60 dollars but what I will do is dispute with my bank. I will get my money because I have proof it was delivered to the wrong building.

No problem with my first order delivery and awaiting on my second order due to membership subscription. So this second is for 3 Oct 26 payment automatically from credit card. As for the scent smell lovely it's that the cologne doesn't stay with all day or fee hours after spraying it on you. So with all my the one's I have left over will be out for Xmas gift. I will purchase other cologne scented to see if they last 12-24 hrs as you have prescribed that men or women will ask you about the scented you are wearing. Since wearing it nothing but love the smell on me.

I ordered after seeing their viral videos expecting the pheromone perfume advertised, but received a different scent I did not choose through their 'Monthly Scent Rotation.' The perfume fades within an hour or two. When I contacted support, they refused an exchange and only offered 50% back. The advertising does not match what you actually receive. My husband can smell the shampoo from where I washed my hair 3 days ago better than this cheap trash.

They are always prompt and on time with answering my questions. Customer support for me has always been 5 stars thank you so much!

The company automatically sit me up for reoccurring payments for a subscription unfortunately I was able to cancel it even though they told me I couldn’t cancel because it already went through. There is something wrong going on with this company but I was able to get a refund so I changed all of my information so I don’t run into them again
