I checked for tracking on my order and I could not find it. I kept getting a notice that my order could not be found. I emailed the company and got a VERY QUICK response and they made sure I knew that my order was filled and it is on its way!

I’ve ordered twice from this company and have had nothing good experiences cancelling subscriptions immediately as asked

I just ordered mine.

Contact customer service about my subscription and not only did the canceled it but refund my money, because I didn't realize I had subscript was only trying to purchase one time perfume

I was happy with the way my order was packaged. The products were protected properly and the box still looked presentable when it reached me.

I entered the wrong detail on my order and contacted support soon after. They were able to help before it shipped, which saved me a lot of stress.

I ordered this and mistakenly signed up for a subscription they cancelled it but only refunded me 50% of the 2nd order. The fragrance is not to my liking at all.
