This Company Is A SCAM. I ordered the buy 2 get one free perfumes for $22.23. They overcharged me $44.64 without my authorization. I tried calling countless times to get my refund, and it went straight to voicemail. I then turned them in to the Better Business Bureau. Funny how they responded within hours, stating how they never received any phone calls from me, and that I ordered 2 sets of perfumes that totaled $44.64. I do have pictures of what I clicked on, AND, a email stating how I successfully been refunded and to wait 1-7 business days. I’ve been checking my bank statements every day, and haven’t received a dime. I give Enhanced Scents a ZERO.

I would give 0 if I could. Scammers - all communication is via Steven (who I believe runs this joke of a firm and total con artist) all communication is copied and pasted from previous emails sent back and forth in total about 40 emails and get nowhere. Alll scents smells the same. Additionally they charge you monthly subscription without your knowledge. I paid £40 for 3 small bottles of useless crap including unwanted subscription. Don't look at AI generated positive feedbacks.

Scammers - all scents smells the same - like typical pharmacy. Additionally they charge you monthly subscription without your knowledge. Shortly speaking - I paid £40 for 3 small bottles of useless crap including unwanted subscription. Don't look at AI generated positive feedbacks.

I wish I had read even just one review from all the other victims before I made my ONE and ONLY purchase on May 1st, 2026. Like many others, I woke up to an UNAUTHORIZED charge on June 1st, that tripled the amount of what I purchased on May 1st. I immediately send them an email request to stop the order and refund the charges. Instead, I was told that it was because I was enrolled a MONTHLY subscription that I did NOT sign up nor was aware of AT ALL. So if you are lucky enough to read any of these reviews, please STOP at all cost from making any purchase.

Got an ad online. Ordered some product. Smell is very powerful. I don't really know how to feel about it. I get another email that I have another shipment coming not realizing that when you buy something that you're signing up for a subscription. So I immediately contacted them and it took them five days to reach back out to me to cancel my subscription. I would use a different company.

Bought fragrances from Enhanced Scents and later discovered they had signed me up for a recurring membership that I never knowingly agreed to. They started charging my card without any clear notice. After looking online, I found numerous complaints from customers reporting the exact same issue. This feels intentionally deceptive and has completely destroyed my trust in the company. Avoid unless you want to monitor your credit card statements for surprise charges.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!! They will sign you up to subscription based model without your knowledge and charge you a subscription fee and also keep sending you the same items with the charges for this item(s). Then if you contact them you will receive nothing, no refund, no reasoning and I have had to cancel my bank card and engage my bank to chase for fraud charges from them. THEY'RE A FRAUD A SCAM BASED SYSTEM! ❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️

I purchased a product from a Spring promotion for CA$41.37, believing it was a one-time purchase. Later, I was charged CA$124.08 and told I was enrolled in a monthly subscription, which I did not knowingly agree to. I contacted customer service immediately, but my refund request was refused, even though the subscription was later cancelled. I am disappointed with this experience and feel the subscription terms were not clearly presented during the purchase.
