Engage is very well organized and a very good company. Fran, was very patient and nice. I'm a tough cookie. Very slow to make my mind up. Stephanie, my Webmaster, don't know what I'll do without her. Very patient with me, and handles all my work request expeditiously leaving no stones under turned. I love Engage, and I really look forward to doing business with them, with any business adventure I may have... so far, they've been fair with prices, and been doing great work with my website. Thanks Engage!

Lisa
They called, telling me how bad my current website company is, I tried to be patient, wanted to hear HOW they're better, but the guy wasted my time, could not get to the point, and I had to wait for him too long while he and his co-worker was texting. Finally I had to ask, does this person know you're on the phone with a potential customer?? Only then did he transfer me, a lady answered, who also played games with me, then hung up the phone on me when I asked her a question. So that HANG UP is what I will remember the next time they want to solicit my biz and waste my precious time. Hanging up on a potential customer who was willing to listen to you, is just plain stupid and bad for your reputation. At the very least, she could have just simply said "Thank you, we might not be a good fit." Or transfer me to someone more professional.

Hi Lisa, we're sorry to hear that this was your experience. Regardless of whether someone ultimately becomes a client, we believe every interaction should be professional, respectful, and courteous. Your description of the call does not reflect the standard we strive for, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We will be reviewing it internally and using it as an opportunity to coach our team.

My account manager Andrew, has been professional and communicated with me Antoinette Sulya. Did a fantastic job in building the website and fix any problems that has accord. Here's a plus Engage answers there phone when you call, and if phone problems occur they actually reach out until all problems are resolved. Thanks again
