EngageReviews of engageyourbiz.com

I moved a couple of my websites over to engage about two weeks ago and it’s been a nightmare. They didn’t properly adjust my email settings so I lost a weeks worth of email before I realized it wasn’t working. When I try to get in touch with the account manager he said he forwarded onto the team but it’s 430 on Friday and he’s out the door. It’s been four days since notifying them and still no response. Now we’ll see about getting a refund from them. I doubt it. Aggressive sales, extremely poor service. Stay away from this company.

Engage made it very easy to transition my website to have them manage it for less than what I was paying. Already getting business from it!

I have expressed m opinion several times. Not sure what exactly the public is looking for. AS I said before, when the thing started it was supposed to be "Your storefront on the web" .. I tried that and forever it was so. but I am not sure what went wrong with "the public" or what they want. YOU cannot fight the big money the scammers are putting out to push existing and legit biz off the web and leave the lion's share to themselves. NO SEO is going to get around big money. AS I said "Money talks, everything else walks." Unfortunately the big companies that run the search engines are only looking for a big return at whose expense? Not ours, we have enough commercial repeat accounts to keep us going. IT is the general public which is being harmed by these rip off artists and then they blame our industry for the excessively high prices that they are charged, and WORSE the scam artists ONLY take CASH so there is no way they can stop payment or fight it for what they are doing. Think about that for awhile Lastly, I have been fighting this since about 2004 and nothing has changed except the print yellow pages is going away due to the idiots with their "smart phones" only search the internet for service -- and they get what they "deserve" by not patronizing the real, and long standing locksmiths or any other trade the scammers have bought their way into. HEY at 77, I really don't care anymore. I will be here for the foreseeable future, like 10 years and then they the public can really go to what ever reward they would like to pay for forcing out legitimate business. LAST shot. In the days of Yellow Pages only the scammers were listed along with all the rest of us. Like 9 pages of big ads and small listing (line only) and now the Moe's of the world have their grandest wish - to get rid of the competition by out spending and buying their way into the landing pages only -- the public with their smart phones do not understand what is wrong with the trades -- the problem? The scammers know and know well how to do this. Get rid of the smart phones! I know that is not going to happen but what are you going to do? The old Northwestern will hang on due to our commercial base, and the rest??? You know. Mark

Excellent customer service, the team whole team is very helpful, I have no complaints just gratitude for their support.

Serena Visser is the best. Knowing that I had no time to review my site in depth she moved forward and got it transitioned. And she improved the site. Admittedly my website is simple and I wanted to move from my previous host. Serena handled it like the pro she is. Truly appreciated. And April Marquez was absolutely attentive and caring and encouraging. So much better to communicate with her than some Bot or far-away know-nothing foreign support staff. She is GREAT!! Last, I don't want to forget Antoinette's pleasant persistence to get me to look at Engage. She drew me in with solid information on the company and its capabilities. What a tremendous team!! And thanks for the goodie package. I love it.

I have been with Engage for a few years now and they handle my website and seo presence. My rep is good and they are quick to respond to my requests. The service is very affordable as well compared to another provider i was using.

Engage rebuilt our website and upated our SEO and it turned out better than I expected. Easy to work with and solid company to work with. Ill continue using them since they have been a big upgrade from my previous vendor.

They call me daily. I've asked them to stop, I've threatened the atty general, ive blocked numerous numbers and they just keep calling from multiple numbers. Why in the world would anyone want to do business with a company that doesn't respect your requests.
