I have expressed m opinion several times. Not sure what exactly the public is looking for. AS I said before, when the thing started it was supposed to be "Your storefront on the web" .. I tried that and forever it was so. but I am not sure what went wrong with "the public" or what they want. YOU cannot fight the big money the scammers are putting out to push existing and legit biz off the web and leave the lion's share to themselves. NO SEO is going to get around big money. AS I said "Money talks, everything else walks." Unfortunately the big companies that run the search engines are only looking for a big return at whose expense? Not ours, we have enough commercial repeat accounts to keep us going. IT is the general public which is being harmed by these rip off artists and then they blame our industry for the excessively high prices that they are charged, and WORSE the scam artists ONLY take CASH so there is no way they can stop payment or fight it for what they are doing. Think about that for awhile Lastly, I have been fighting this since about 2004 and nothing has changed except the print yellow pages is going away due to the idiots with their "smart phones" only search the internet for service -- and they get what they "deserve" by not patronizing the real, and long standing locksmiths or any other trade the scammers have bought their way into. HEY at 77, I really don't care anymore. I will be here for the foreseeable future, like 10 years and then they the public can really go to what ever reward they would like to pay for forcing out legitimate business. LAST shot. In the days of Yellow Pages only the scammers were listed along with all the rest of us. Like 9 pages of big ads and small listing (line only) and now the Moe's of the world have their grandest wish - to get rid of the competition by out spending and buying their way into the landing pages only -- the public with their smart phones do not understand what is wrong with the trades -- the problem? The scammers know and know well how to do this. Get rid of the smart phones! I know that is not going to happen but what are you going to do? The old Northwestern will hang on due to our commercial base, and the rest??? You know. Mark

I have used engage for years. And had very good service. It took them a few days to respond to this new request for a new website. Everyone was polite and helpful and the website is looking good now. But I had to request the addition of numerous pictures several times and finally ended up doing myself. It myself. Overall a good experience but some problems this time around and an increase in their fees which are still fair..p

Just signed up, but, the rate of response has been exceptional. In fact, adding another web site today for another entity.

We are extremely happy with the site and the service we get. I love having the ability to make my own edits through the back end or, for things beyond my ability, send for a quick change to my assigned rep. I just wish for some more video components.

I'm happy with my decision to with them. Other companies I have worked with just complicate the process and it takes forever to complete. I believe they had my site up and running within 2 weeks. My only feedback is that it would be nice to include copy write as an add on service.

A friend of mine recommended Engage. At first I was dreading the rebranding process because I worked with several agencies in the past. I have to say, they have a good system to getting things up and running pretty quick.
