I started on the 555 program 3/4/2025 and after only four days I had a feeling of happiness and joy that I have not experienced in at least 65 years. That feeling has remained. I have also lost almost 50 pounds of fat, gained muscle, hydration and a family.

My name is Marylou Rutledge and I’m 79 years old. My main reason for joining Energized Health was to help my husband and family. Neither of us were water drinkers and that has changed for the better. We still have coffee but only in the morning. June of 2024 I fell on a rock pile and dislocated and broke my wrist in 2 places. Surgery with a plate and 8 screws later, I was unable to lift anything heavier than my phone, push or pull doors or anything. Needless to say after over 3 months I did put on some weight. Since I started Energized Health I have gone from size 12 clothes to size 6. I have taken my visceral fat from 7 to 4. I lowered my subcutaneous fat from high to average. I still need to work on that. I have a lot more energy, better focus and better mood. Neal Greenberg has been a super coach and so helpful with ideas for my husband since he has Parkinson’s. I look forward to the next part of the journey.

Originally my goal was weight loss. I am in good shape and take no medications. In addition to that I detoxed, my cholesterol went from 219 to 188. Dropped a pant size and clothes fit better.
