The results I have had , I feel are miraculous, considering the long standing complicated endocrine diagnosis I have managed for over 30 years . I have never experienced anything, even remotely close to this! There was so much concrete evidence of how this science supports the claims, that I was “all in.” And to say I’m elated, is the truth! I finished the protocol, two days ago. I have never, in my life, seen my body, face, and hair, look so healthy! I’m a 64 yr. old female. I started out with, a metabolic age of 65 (bummer). I ended with a 62 (oh yeah!). I didn’t have a huge amount of weight to lose, wasn’t even sure how much…but finished with 14.6 lbs. BUT THE FAT! That’s what is sooo exciting! I lost 4%.of my body fat. My subcutaneous fat went down 3.1%. My visceral fat, went from an 8, to a 5 (!!!) and that represents 3%. My skeletal muscel went up 2.3%. My BMI finished at 22.2, down 2.5%.
