I ordered some stuff eg. 10ml bottle of 15% (1500mg) CBD oil and somehow it was loosely tight (still though the seal was fine) and the bottle spilled a bit in its box. Bottle was replaced with a new one and it only took 1 day to arrive to southern Spain..! :) I will order some more stuff very soon.. Peace and thanks!

Excellent product, friendly and helpful customer service, and from what I've researched about the company... They truly care about our health, wellness, and environment. I don't remember her name, but the representative I spoke with in San Diego was very helpful. She answered all of my questions, and had my order over the phone with no problems. It was delivered in a timely manner a few days later. The product is exactly as described. I believe this company does their best to provide top of the line extracts using quality strains, ingredients, and methods. I don't know if popularity and acceptance of natural medicine from the hemp plant will affect the availability of these products, but it is expensive. Hopefully through support and purchasing from a company as good as this one, these products will become more affordable. You can't put a price on health, though. Excellent product, poor support team. My orders were going off without a hitch. Very friendly representatives in the California area taking my calls, and getting my order out and delivered on time. Then I had a dispute with my last order. More of a mix-up at first, but due to Anna on the receiving end of my questions and concerns with my discount code not being applied, it's turned into literally "Sorry about it, but you need to pay more attention when ordering". And "This was mistake done by the customer and not by us". Email quotes. She's referring to the fact that I didn't claim the discount code for that particular order. I assumed they had the technology to compare my last charge with my current order, and charge me the same. That didn't happen. Well, mistakes happen. And good companies, no, great companies, find ways to make the customer feel like they want to spend their money with an entity that appreciates their business. That is now not my case. It isn't about the refund for the difference of the discount. For the amount of money I pay for the particular product I order from them, not feeling appreciated. I'm upset enough to give them 1 star, but I can't deny the quality of the work they perform. There's an entire team behind this company's name, and I hate for the Endoca named to be smeared because of poor customer service. Bummer deal. I hope this review gives someone a heads up and helps in their decision making. CBD is an important choice to make in life. Paz y amor

My third order. I am impressed with the quality of the product. Endoca's CBD oil has helped my 14 year old Chihuahua with chronic IBS and food allergies. She was recently diagnosed with congestive heart. CBD along with her prescribed medications helps her breathe easier and lessens the coughing spells. My other two dogs get CBD to help them with separation anxiety. I take it to ameliorate residual pain from a car wreck 12 years ago. The purity of Endoca's CBD oil is exactly as stated. Endoca offers the only CBD oil for us.

I purchased this for my mother who was diagnosed with breast cancer and refuses conventional treatment. She is very happy with it. We of course can not be sure it is curing her but, a year on, she is pain free, in excellent health and reports constant itching at the site of her lump which we take to be a positive sign. My only regret is that it takes so long to receive it and hope that it will be available in Australia very soon

Bad packaging, with CBD oil all around the bottle and the box. Although i contacted them to explain and search a solution, no feedback, nor option were offered from their side. After a second contact attempt, everything worked fine. I received quickly a new bottle in perfect condition. This time was using an appropriate packaging and delivery was really quick. Very good for after sales customer care. So it or worth to give a second chance! Thanks
