Hey Alexandros, You are correct, shipping fees and VAT costs are unfortunately quite significant, but we are always working to try and lower the costs associated with our products. As CBD products become more mainstream and there are less costs associated with procuring it, we will be able to drop our prices more and more, however, our products are the price they are due to the processes and testing they go through before they reach your door, which is why we believe they are the highest quality CBD extracts on the market We are constantly endeavouring to find ways to save our customers money, while still providing the quality of product that we do Thank you for taking the time to leave your review :) Endoca

Hey Joanne, Its a shame you didn't have the results you were expecting off our products, as usually people who have fibromyalgia have a great experience on them! Most of our customers who order our oils for the same reasons such as yourself usually order our 15% however from our system we can see you ordered the 3% perhaps you should try going up in % ? One of our representatives will contact you regarding this situation, and see if theres anything we can do to improve your experience with our products, but thank you in any case for leaving an honest review :) Endoca team

Hey CindyLou, I can't imagine how much pain you must have been in... chronic pain is so debilitating, so its amazing that you got such results with the hemp oil, and so instantaneously as well! Reviews like this remind us why we are doing all of this, and what all CBD producers are fighting for, reviews like this from people such as yourself. Would it be possible for you to update the review and put in which product you were taking? That way when people come to us in a situation like your own, we can direct them straight to your review! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Endoca team
