Hey Montana, As our extracts are made only from pure hemp, with nothing else added, our products will always have an natural, earthy taste. We conserve all the flavonoids and terpenes that occur within the natural plant, especially with our RAW as it is unheated and therefore no compounds are destroyed, meaning it can have quiet a strong taste. Perhaps next time you could try our capsules? If they bring you the same relief, this is possibly a good way for you to by pass the taste, if its an issue for you :) In any case, great to hear that you feel it bought you the relief you were looking for! And thank you for taking the time to leave your review. It would be great if you could update it, and put in what products you bought from us, that way when people come and read the trust pilot, if they are in a similar situation to your own, they know what they can try first! Thank you for taking the time to leave your review Endoca team

Hey Grant, Firstly i would like to apologise for the inconvenience this situation caused you. The packages we send to Australia are sent via Danish post, and the packages are sent out Friday afternoons, so all packages received before Friday will be sent out together. March 13th was a Monday, and this is why you got notification that the package was dispatched on March 17th, which was the coming Friday. Australia and other countries like Norway, Canada, Iceland, Greenland, New Zealand, Thailand, Russia have tighter customs regulations that further delay shipping, all these delays are calculated and included into the total time for shipping and therefore delivery is 3-4 weeks However customer experience is extremely important to us here at Endoca, so one of our representatives will be in touch with you regarding this issue Endoca team
