Company shipped the same day I ordered it and it arrived quickly. I give it to my dog that has cancer and while she doesn't like the taste, she doesn't fight me on it. She seems more comfortable taking this and I only have to give her 5 drops in the morning and then at night as needed. Other prescription dog medicines cause damage to their livers and do more harm than good, so this is a more natural way to help her maintain a good quality of life until her time comes to pass. I tasted the product too, to see how much she would hate it, and while it isn't yummy, I can think of worse tasting natural supplements. I would recommend this product again!
