Hey Fran, Everybody is different, and reacts differently to different doses of CBD. Some people respond very well to low doses, while others may require far higher, even if they may be using CBD for the same reasons. Also, remember that our 3% is far lower strength than our other products and therefore can require a far larger dose. Our capsules also have the lowest rate of absorption compared to all other delivery forms of CBD, therefore are mostly used by people who want to just maintain an active and balanced lifestyle. Our suppositories are actually the most effective way to absorb CBD, so i suggest perhaps trying them out next time, or choosing a higher strength product. Hey Glenn, Our 30% RAW paste is the strongest product we produce, therefore it makes sense that its one of the strongest you have tried. Its interesting that you refer to it as harsh, however, as a lot of the terpenes and flavanoids are removed through the filtration process this product goes through. It would be great if you could share with people here why you decided to choose our 30% RAW and what kind of benefits you may have felt it provided.
