Worst experience! Twice they sent to the wrong adress, although I specifically gave very accurate adress and shipment details in my order. Customer service explained to me they do not read the delivery information stated in the online order forms! I placed and payed my order of euro 129 on October 22. Now it is December 4 and I still received nothing. I was in contact with customer service many times. Also, I did not receive a refund. They offered a 20% discount on next order, but certainly I will never order again!

Hi Amy, I’m sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with your product, however i feel it would be remiss of me not to explain why this is. Our products are highly potent, meaning our products contain concentrated levels of CBD in our oils and products. You may notice that we will only ever advise our community members to take a few single drops of oil at one time, whereas other companies with bigger bottles usually advise taking a full dropper, which also shows you that even though other companies provide bigger bottles for the same price or the same size bottles for less, they arent usually of the same quality, and CBD quantity per mg. I have only tried Endoca so my experience with others doesn't exist. But I'm fine with that, I chose Endoca because of my research. I wanted quality and everything I read showed they were the highest quality. I actually like the taste, a very natural taste. I find that it helps me relax and not be so tense. My neurologist asked that I try it for muscle spasms, I don't think I am taking enough for it to totally control those. But I'm fine with effects I am getting.
