DONNA R.
I went from small bottle ,weaker strength @ $39.00 to what I thought was larger bottle with more strength @ $129.00. Honestly, I was sick about small bottle and I can not tell any difference for more $. 😩😢😔
Response from EndocaDec 10, 2018
Hi Donna, I’m very sorry to hear that your experiences have not lived up to your expectations. We advise on our website the product size, which are all at 10 ml for the oil products. We do not have a larger size product. This is because rather than bigger bottles, we pack a far more potent product into the smaller bottle, meaning you don’t have to take as much to get a stronger affect. For the 3% bottles, you are getting 1mg of cbd per drop whereas in the 15% youre getting 5 mg per drop. We have found that our community feel there is no need for extra carrier oil when your dose is so much higher in the 15%. We are always here to help you if you have any questions about dosing and uptratation, which is one of the key roles in perceiving CBD effects. We would hate to see you continue to have this negative experience if we think we could help you get the most out of your product, so please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team for further support. Best regards, Leora Endoca

Marc
Fantastic product and in my opinion the best in the market. Shipping took a long time as warned but the wrong address was written on my order and it was lost in the mail which was a pain. Hopefully it gets sorted soon as I’ve bought this many times in the past and been very happy

Hi Marc, I’m sorry to hear that your order has not been delivered yet. We always advise 3-5 weeks for anyone ordering from countries outside the EU or the US. You should have recieved a tracking receipt for your order in the order email you received after your purchase, so don’t forget that you can fiind where your order is via this stream as well. I will send your order details to one of our customer care team and have them contact you about this to confirm that all your details were correct and that it has not been misplaced. Be in touch shortly, Leora Endoca

No difference noticed yet. Thanks for the reply. Yes, I chatted with the people online. Have been taking for longer now and at a much higher dose (40mg/day) but still no difference felt. I guess it's just not for everyone.
