Amazing product and customer service
I have been purchasing the raw cbd product. It is very high quality and very effective for helping me manage chronic pain. The customer service team at Endoca USA is also very helpful and understanding. There was an issue with my shipping where the checkout process selected the wrong shipping speed. I contacted Endcoa and was able to resolve the issue quickly.

I only used this once because the taste…
I only used this once because the taste was so bad I couldn't handle it. When I emailed asking if you did returns and explained why I was given the response to try it with honey and nowhere in the email did it say anything about returning. So now I have 3 full bottles of this sitting in my refrigerator.

I'm sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your product. We understand that sometimes the flavour may be slightly too strong for those not used to the completely natural flavour of their CBD extract/oil. We want you to get the most out of your products, which is why we suggest first trying to disperse the flavour with other natural products first, or using capsules instead.
If you would prefer a refund we can do this, however, our refund policy states that you may only return your products if:
1. we are contacted within 14 days of receiving your products
2. your product is in the original condition in which it was delivered i.e unopened and in its original packaging.
For the bottle that you have opened, we suggest using capsules which can be found at any good pharmacy and then dose according to your needs, so that you can get as much use out of your product without having to taste it. In saying that, please look out for an email from one of our customer care representatives who will be in touch with you shortly.
