Hi Babak, I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. I can assure you that your order was received on January 12th, not the 29th of December, as you say—and as you live in a country where receiving CBD products may take up to 3 weeks to get to you because of customs laws, we always request that you maintain patience during this time. Regarding your package, there certainly wasn't any deliberate mistakes made, as this costs the company money and obviously isn't good for customer relations. It was a simple mistake, which happens from time to time, especially over busy periods like the new year and the weeks around it. Also, as explained in the email we sent you regarding the mistake made with your products, we have offered for you to keep the products which were shipped to you, as well as the products we are sending you that you originally ordered, to ensure that you are not without CBD medicine during this time, at no extra cost. I hope that you will see that this was an honest mistake made during a busy time of the year, where we have done our best to ensure your happiness throughout. Once you receive your original products, perhaps you might think about updating this review to reflect the experiences you had during this unfortunate mishap, that we have resolved in good stead. Because we use organic hemp, you may find that every now and then your oils might change in colour, viscosity and even flavour and taste.
