Cart not working correctly
This is my third order. When I tried to reorder, their cart was not working correctly. The chat assistant could not help and suggested I call the company. I did, but no one answered the phone. Then as it turned out, I ended up with two orders.

We have cancelled and refunded you for the second order that was put through, so please do not be concerned. One of our customer care team will be in touch with you regarding your experience. I must apologise, we are still small, and have one staff member on the phone, so it can get a little busy at time. The next best thing would be to leave a voice mail message, and out team will contact you as soon as they get the chance.

Helps me sleep, but ineffective for restless legs.
Fast shipping. Glad to buy from them.
I take 5 mg hemp oil in the evening. Helps me sleep, does not help with restless legs.

Very happy to hear that you received your products in such a timely manner.
5mg is a great starting dose, however for more pervasive needs, we recommend dosing up slowly to find the perfect CBD amount that works for you. You can do this by doing the following.
1 x drop 3 times a day - for the first week,
2 x drops, 3 times a day - for the second week,
and continue to increase your dose until you feel you are getting the effects you are after.

My Hemi dog keeps revving...
I ordered the CBD oil for my dog, Hemi, who has bad hips and arthritis in his wrists. I can't lie to you. The taste of this is very bitter and I thought I would have a hard time getting him to eat it, but no problem! No problem at all! I mask it the best I can with stinky cheeses and peanut butter and whatnot, but he gobbles it down every time. And he continues to be active despite what the vets have told me is a bad case of arthritis. I do walk him about an hour a day to keep him strong, but I think the CBD helps him enormously.
