It’s not helping me sleep but it does make me feel sleepy. I don’t notice a reduction in stress either. I really don’t know what amount I need. One thing that I didn’t expect is that I feel much more energized throughout the day. That in itself is making this worth it. I was depressed Andy emotional state has drastically improved in a matter of days.

I started taking Endoca for anxiety and joint pain. I noticed it worked really well for both. Nat I’ll do meditation for anxiety but both help. I found that my best dose is 10-12 mg three times a day. Morning, lunch and nighttime.

It's only been a week but I see no difference in how I feel. Not much help with pain or anxiety. Like I said its only been a week so I am being patient but nothing yet. I am taking the 1500 MG of liquid. Drop in morning and drop at night. May try capsules next.

Hi Jack, Thanks for getting in touch with us. When it comes to dosing, everyone is different, however CBD can take time to take an effect in the body. It is also important to remember that up-titration is the suggested method of increasing dosage, so make sure you are slowly increasing your dosage little by little. At the moment, it sounds like you are taking only 5mg in the morning and 5mg in the evening, which for most of our customers using this product for pain or anxiety, isn't always enough. When it comes to price, we create concentrates, rather than big bottles of carrier oil, with the same CBD mg. Instead of taking one full pipette of CBD like many other companies require, you generally only have to dose a couple of single drops with our product. Great, quality products. Prices seem high at first, but you can get some really concentrated items that you can stretch pretty far. The salve helps me tremendously with my HS autoimmune skin issue, and the oil benefits the whole family! Highly recommended.
