Hi Garry, Happy to hear that you are enjoying your 15% raw CBD oil. We are a European company, and so currently use a universal payment processor to process all of our payments which at this times means an international fee is incurred. However, in order to ensure that all of or customers can enjoy our products in the same way, we are looking into ways in which to provide every one of our customers with the same experience as the other, especially when it comes to purchasing your product. I feel we must also mention that our products are made at very high quality standards, using organic hemp grown in Europe that align with GMP certification, which is extracted in the cleanest and safest way - supercritical Co2 extraction. All these factors ensure that our products are the cleanest, purest and highest quality on the market. These processes do come at a higher price, which we must include in our product pricing, however in the last year we have made two reduction in our 15% price, and just recently, we made another reduction in many of our other products as well, making it more affordable for those who need high quality CBD oil. Hi Paul, I'm sorry to hear that you experienced adverse effects from your product. We test every batch of our product, and you can find these tests on our website under the quality control menu. Here you can find batch numbers that correspond to your product, which lists exactly the ingredients (and in what amounts) your product contains. Hi Kathleen, I'm sorry to hear that you have received this result. It can often happen that many drug tests do not test for specific cannabinoids, and so it is possible to come up with a false positive if the test is non specific and picks up a range of cannabinoids. It might be in your best interests to ask another test that is THC specific. It also depends highly on how your body metabolises hemp oil. This is because even with trace amounts of THC, it can be stored in the body's tissues like fat, and brain tissues, and has an accumulative effect.
