Hi Claire, I'm sorry to hear that you have not had the experiences you were looking for. When it comes to CBD, some people only need to take a very small dose to get the effects they're after, while others need to up-titrate until they find their perfect dose. 4-9 drops of the 3% oil in the starter pack is 4-9mg of CBD, which for most people using CBD isn't enough for strong effects. Try taking two capsules 3 x a day for a week, and then upping to 3 capsules 3 x a day for the second week to see whether this improves your experiences. Hi Teresa It's fantastic to hear that both you and your husband have been benefitting from your 50mg CBD capsules - however sounds like you're the one benefitting most from from your husbands improved relaxation and calm ;) When it comes to dosing, there is no limit. CBD has not been found to be toxic in high doses, and some people take upwards of 300+ mg per day. It all depends on your personal needs. Try increasing your dose (better to do so towards the end of the day, a few hours before bed) by one capsule, and see whether this helps in your discomfort.
