Hi Robert, Depending on what you're using your CBD for, 3 mg three times a day (which is what you are dosing with your Raw 3% CBD oil), may not be enough. Keep up-titrating (maybe you could try 4 drops 3 times a day) with your 3% to see if you receive the effects you're after. It may just be that your 3% Raw product isn't strong enough for your needs, and that the 15% will provide you with the results you are searching for. Hi Helen, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had the best results with your product. Some customers, who may have sensitivities to natural plant terpenes and flavonoids, can find that they develop hay fever like symptoms from using our Raw products. This is in part sue to the fact that we make whole plant extracts, so most plant compounds, waxes and other plant compounds are maintained within our products. You may find using our 99% CBD crystals help negate this reaction, as it does not contain any plant compounds apart from good ol' CBD.
