Really cannot stomach the taste of the raw hemp oil, for me it puts you off trying any others

I ordered this for my husband because of his terrible sleep pattern due to back pain and restless legs. He uses 4 drops and has been using this for about a week. His sleep pattern is restful and relaxed he now manages to sleep until 6am. This has made so much difference to him and I’m so glad I ordered it. He did not want to take sleeping pills.

I see no change in my aches and pains. Maybe a better sleep but that would be stretching it a bit. For the money I spent, it would have been better spent on aspirin.

When it comes to CBD chewing gum, most of our customers find that they get the best results for issues related to mood, like improvements in anxiety, mental health and wellbeing. It may be in your best interest to try a product that you can dose yourself, as the CBD chewing gum contains 15mg of CBD, but for more pervasive health issues, you may need higher amounts of CBD. I got it as I suffer from sleep apnea and insomnia. Generally wake up many times during the night and find it hard to go back to sleep. The wakings have slightly decreased but I find it much easier to go back to sleep. Also have been tracking my sleep and noticed that my deep sleep has increased. I'm currently on a small dosage of about 5-7mgs and will plan to slowly increase to 10-15mgs.
