Hi Lin, Due to FDA regulations, we are unable to provide dosing advice however we have many resources on our website that may help you find the information you seek. We have a dosing guide which uses the uptitration method as shown in this link here: https://www.endoca.com/cbd-dosage. You have bought the 10mg CBD capsules. We suggest starting with one capsule, and taking it twice a day for the first week and up-titrating until you find the results you are looking for, as follows: First week: 1 x capsule, 2 times per day Second week: 1 x capsules, 3 times per day Third week: 2 x capsules, 2 times per day Fourth week: 2 x capsules, 3 times per day And so on, until you find your perfect dose. If you find that you have gone beyond your correct dose, you can always just drop back down to your previous week's dose and continue on this until you feel the need to change it up. Also, A fantastic resource is our Endoca CBD community group on facebook. There, you'll find people sharing information and experiences of their own which may help you find the right product and dose for you.
