I'm using a strong dosage of the CBD oil in capsule form. I take one a day to relieve anxiety caused by our current quarantine situation. My anxiety has almost gone away and I'm sleeping through the night. My only complaint (and it is a small complaint) is that I have a little reflux with the capsules. I notice it because it has a distinct flavor. Only a couple of times about an hour after taking the oil and then it goes away. Over all, I'm extremely satisfied. It has helped me cope through these trying times as well as regain precious sleep.

Your product was recommended by a friend, but it did not relieve my hip pain. Not sure if it would be better applied with a roll on product.

Hi Craig, Depending on your needs, you may find using CBD internally works best. CBD salve is generally used by our customers for minor issues or skin problems, however in saying that there are many who find it works well for more severe issues like muscle pain, fibromyalgia and more. This is why it can be so important to test it for yourself.
