Hi Donald, Thanks for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. When it comes to CBD your experiences are as individual as you are. There is no one size fits all, and so CBD often requires much research, trial and error, and perhaps in your case, you may find better benefits from using CBD internally, rather than solely externally. CBD works with your Endocannabinoid system, with many of its receptors found inside the body, especially those associated with pain perception. When taking CBD internally, it is metabolised by the body and sent on to where it is needed. For this reason, while your issue is locally situated, your body may need more general CBD administration rather than topical. You want to try using our 15% Raw CBD oil along with the CBD salve that you are using, attacking the problem from both ends. Hi Shannon, I'm glad to hear that your experiences with our other products have been satisfactory for your needs, and that the CBD Cream/Body Butter has been easy to apply to the sensitive skin where your scars are. The CBD Cream is certainly much lighter in texture than the salve, and spreads far more easier than the salve as this product contains more natural oils than the salve contains. Also, sometimes upon delivery, depending on changes in temperature, your product may melt, and re-harden again. If you think this may be the case, or just want that whipped texture, you can try whipping the product yourself. It requires you to get a little crafty and into the kitchen, however is easy to do, and doesn't require too much time to do. You can do this with a hand or machine patisserie whisker. Place your product into a bowl that can withstand whisking, place the contents of your product into the bowl and whisk the product for approximately 3-5 minutes for a whipped texture.
