This particular product is part of our medium range, containing approximately 1 mg of CBD per single drop, and is best taken for general health and wellbeing. Our strong range however is for more pervasive health issues and contains around 5 x the amount of the 3%, with approximately 5 mg per single drop. So, depending on what you're using CBD for, you may need to up-titrate. Regarding your experience with acid reflux, Endoca products are 100% natural, and contain a diverse range of phytocannabinoids that are naturally found in the cannabis plant. To get the most out of your 3% oil, you may want to try filling up your own capsules, which you can get from a drug store/pharmacy and using them. This way you can up-titrate and see whether the CBD in capsule form works better for you. Apart from that, you may also want to try non-oral administration methods which include products like suppositories (which a real favourite as they also have the highest bioavailability), and topicals like our CBD salve or Body Butter, depending on what you need CBD for.
