Unusually expensive postage!
The product is good. The cost of standard postage is very high. No explaination why. Some more detail on the website about that would be good. Or just make it more reasonable.

Hi Richard, Thank you for your feedback. When it comes to postage, we do our best to ensure that the delivery partners we use provide the very best services we can get. We do pay premium for this, as we know our customers want to receive their items as quickly and confidently as possible. In the past we have tried to provide inexpensive shipping options, however the quality was diminished along with the cost, and in the end we were obliged to spend more on re-sending our products due to lost shipments, and poor handling. I hope this goes a little way to providing a little more info regarding shipping. Just wanted to mention also that we offer free shipping on orders over €100. Perhaps you could get some friends/family together so that your purchase is larger, and you receive the products you want without any shipping fees.
