GREAT PRODUCTS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN ORDERING ENDOCA PRODUCTS ($100-$129 PER PRODUCT) FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS NOW RELIGIOUSLY. THEY USE USPS FOR SHIPPING TO US (I'M IN CA) AND WHEN USPS LOSES THE PACKAGES OR DOESN'T DELIVER THEM TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS, ENDOCA DESERTS CUSTOMERS IN TIME OF NEED. THEY PUT THE BURDEN ON THE CUSTOMER TO FILE A CLAIM AND DEAL WITH THE LOSS. THE RESPONSIBLE THING TO DO IS (1) RESEND *I'VE HAD OTHER PRODUCTS GO MISSING BC OF USPS BEFORE AND ALWAYS HAD THE ISSUE RESOLVED BY THE BUSINESS I PAID FOR A PRODUCT THAT DID NOT ARRIVE (2) DON'T USE USPS FOR SHIPPING PACKAGES OF $100+. AS BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF, I KNOW IT'S NOT THE MORE RELIABLE SHIPPING CARRIER. UNLESS YOU'RE TOO CHEAP TO PAY FOR PROPER SERVICE. I PLAN ON RESOLVING THIS MATTER THROUGH USPS MYSELF SINCE I HAVE NO CHOICE IN THE MATTER NOW AND THEN TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEONE THROWING $129 OF YOUR MONEY AWAY AND DESERT YOU TO FIGURE IT OUT WITHOUT THEM TAKING ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR POOR BUSINESS CHOICES. Hi Sienella, I would like to apologise for the inconveniences you have faced in regard to receiving your packages. As my colleague has mentioned under your facebook comments, we can confirm that as soon as we received your message, we actioned out a re-shipment of your products through UPS, so hope that it will arrive to you very soon. When it comes to delivery partners, we do our best to ensure that we search out and use the very best services we can get, while keeping the shipping costs to a minimum, however as you know, delivery services nationwide have had quite a difficult time in actioning out their services due to power outages, snow storms and other inclement weather issues which may have affected their ability to provide upstanding services at this time. In any case, we are always more than happy to re-send products that have been lost, or mishandled. Unfortunately we have had people in the past deny receiving their Endoca package, when in reality they had; looking for a reshipment (meaning free products at our cost). Our customer care team are aware of this issue, and so ask customers to make a claim so that it is logged correctly into our system, and that of USPS. As my colleague mentioned in her response to your comment on facebook, we have made a note of issue, and are currently looking into ways in which we can take on these claims processes (above all for longterm customers like yourself), so that you do not have to.
