We inform all our Australian customers via our checkout page delivery particulars regarding shipping to your country before you purchase your products, however I'll. provide some more detail here for you in case it was missed. For Australian orders, it can take anywhere between 3-5 weeks to arrive to you. This is because Australia has harsher border forces and customs clearance procedures than many other countries. Sending products to Australia requires different processes, which also adds time onto the estimated delivery times to Australia. We send products to our distributor in the UK once a week, then they send your product to you. This process may in fact add two seeks to the delivery time in itself. We also send our products with white labels which helps your delivery get through customs, and border points more easily.
