AVOID AVOID AVOID. Misleading & Not Transparent
Booked a travel package with this company and later discovered I had been enrolled into an ongoing monthly membership subscription that had been charging my card since September 2025. While the company states the terms were accepted during checkout, the recurring subscription arrangement wasn't presented clearly or in transparent manner. When I contacted customer support, they did cancel the membership promptly and confirmed no further charges would occur. However, they refused to provide any refund for the charges already processed, despite me explaining I did not knowingly intend to sign up to an ongoing membership. My advice to others is not to book through this company. Disappointing experience overall.

My Holiday Inn experience..
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Could not adjust the heat inside my suite - some electrical defect. After 2 days, maintenance staff took care of the problem. All good..

Statt eines Luxushotels waren wir in einem discount Hotel ohne room Service und einem überteuerten Frühstück nach dem man den Tisch selbst abräumen sollte. Die Firma sollte sich in „endless embarrassing“ umbenennen.

Sandman Hotel in Kelowna getaway
Sandman in Kelowna is a very nice hotel in a great location. Swimming pool and hot tub was a nice touch. Restaurants within walking distance. I upgrade my room. Include fridge, kettle, microwave and coffee maker. Few minutes drive to waterfront boardwalk

I was sceptical at first about this…
I was sceptical at first about this group but we did get a fantastic deal and great place to stay. We had three days at The Sebel in Airline Beach which was wonderful. Even though you do have to pay a monthly fee the savings made on the accommodation made it worthwhile.
