For the past 4 years, I have been using Enago for my editings needs, and I hope to keep this relationship for the future. Enago is a wonderful company that listens to all my concerns and addresses them promptly. I noticed high quality work from them. They support their editors well, which in turn, allows for great results with their editing skills. Enago always strives to provide a detailed result when editing papers. I have been working with Enago for years, but I am tired of their inconsistent pricing policies and very poor customer services. As a result, I have decided to end my collaboration with them and will no longer be recommending their services to my colleagues and students.
