This was my second order. The product arrived much faster than the first delivery time. I'm a little confused as to how to decide when to place my next order. However, I plan to place my next order well in advance. I ordered it from Saitama, Japan.

They actually contacted me as I ordered the wrong product. The told me, they supplied the link to the right product and they refunded me. That's what I call superior & delightful customer support!
