Their customer service has always been excellent. I've been in contact with Mia to get around a glitch in my last box and she has been amazing! Can't recommend them enough :D. The sets are lovely.

Empress mimi is a customer service centered company that stands by the quality of their products. The lingerie ranges from adorable and soft to sexy. If something isn't right they make it right. Love it!

Just wanted to thank the Team at Empress Mimi for not only creating designs that are both comfortable and sexy, but for the excellent customer service I received throughout my journey. The ease of changing my sizes at all stages of pregnancy, adjustability of most, and the superior quality of all the sets made it possible to remain with the subscription. Every month I received my little reminder that I am still me, I am still an Empress, I am still sexy without having to give up on comfort - which is not easy to achieve in these times. Now onto the breastfeeding phase with yet another change in size - again, accommodated by the amazing customer support. Daddy and baby also love the touch of the materials :) so now with all the nursing bras from Amazon in the back of my sock drawer - a huge thank you from the whole family ❤️💙❤️
