HELPFUL, KIND AND PROMPT SERVICE.

Can't say enough nice things about this lingerie company! Support was helpful, product was GORGEOUS, shipping was super fast (and I'm in Australia so was very impressed)!

Big thank you to Elle for addressing my question so quickly. Stellar service!

Elle has been very helpful with all my requests . Looking forward to my first delivery from Empress Mimi

Great costumer service

The nimbus N9° Is by far the best lingerie I have ever received. I was torn about continuing my subscription to receive these undergarments as I have been becoming more enlightened on the fashion industries effect on the environment and also humanity. When I opened the box that was sent to me, I was instantly impressed with the quality and fit, but faced guilt.... until I read the beautiful card sent with it explaining that the fabric was made from ORGANIC BAMBOO (a renewable sustainable resource) .I truly appreciate Every effort empress mimi takes to become a more sustainable company and I would really love to see more sustainably made products like this one. Empress mimi continues to impress me with a quality fit, unique design, and top notch customer service.

Ellie was super helpful, she looked into my order right away and quickly sent a follow-up email confirming the shipment date of my order. She was incredibly polite and friendly.

They were amazing to order from, the quality is solid, and the service is excellent.
