Elle was extremely responsive. She checked my order multiple times and asked me to follow up if I still had not received my package. After about a month of waiting and following up a couple times, they realized there was a glitch with my address and it did not match my shipping address. They sent out a replacement and am completely satisfied with the service I got from Elle! Thank you.

I can’t say enough about Empress Mimi!! This is my second year with them and I adore every box they send it’s like my own little monthly surprise treat !!! If anything doesn’t fit correctly they are quick to help correct it. It’s on of my favorite boxes of the month and always makes me feel like a million bucks!!!

Mia was such a breath of fresh air compared to other company’s customer service! When we started our conversation I was requesting instructions to cancel my subscription due to some issues I had. Mia was patient and resolved every single problem I had. I was so pleased with her help that I decided to renew my subscription. Best customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with! :)

Honestly this is probably one of my favorite companies on the internet. I love their products, I’m a hard body type to fit (32 ddd), and have never had a complain about the quality of materials. Their customer service probably knows me by name- I harass their email- and are always quick with responding even thought they’re literally based on the other side of the world. I can’t rave enough about them, to the point where my friends are probably sick of hearing about it. Much love to every box I’ve ever received.

Mia was friendly and helpful! I love the underwear but as I'm working out and losing a bit of weight my I've had to change sizes - Mia supported me to do this and I can't wait to receive my next order :)
