Received my first box this month, I had used the size chart to figure out my size but ended up getting it wrong (my bad I tend to err on the side of bigger). I requested a smaller size but then forgot to request a smaller size for the suspender belt. I contacted customer service and they got back to me very promptly and sorted it all out for me. I received the Foxy Cleopatra and cannot wait until I get the smaller size! Great quality lingerie and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend! Didn’t get my tracking number, but Mia was helpful and refunded the shipping. The package arrived safe and sound and I love it.

COVID is a tough situation for a lot of businesses right now. I was excited to receive my package, but unfortunately due to logistics and border closures/delays in shipping, etc, I wasn't able to get my empress mimi! The customer service team (shout out to Mia) were nothing but understanding and wonderful. They made the experience that much better, sorting a refund for me without issue. That small act of kindness and understanding has ensured that once things stabilise a little more in shipping, I'll be back to buy some beautiful, ethical lingerie from Empress Mimi. Empress Mimi magical touch! I just want to say how grateful I am to have discovered this wonderful company with beautiful and UNIQUE products. Finally lingerie that is as comfortable as it is pretty. Customer service is beyond good... their patience and care in helping me over the last few months which have difficult for everyone all over. This small company deserves a 10/10 rating for service and quick resolution of problems and effective action taken. I love that it's a woman owned company. Kindness and creativity are evident in every message and exchange with their team. I am definitely sharing to my friends that this company is awesome. Everything sent is beautiful and comfortable and fit perfectly. I just love the packaging, it’s a detail but tiny details matter. I had a delivery problem and they really listened to my suggestions, changed to regular German/French postal service rather than Fedex, much better in France. I received every shipment now and I expect I will be ordering again soon!

Due to COVID and Brexit it took my package a lot longer than usual to be delivered. But Elle from Empress Mimi always gave me great advice and support.
