Jezza was beyond helpful. I had emailed and heard back that my item had not been shipped by another employee and was extremely sad and worried my outfit wouldn’t be here by Mother’s Day for a special weekend I was being taken away for. Jezza got on the issue and my items were shipped and made it as I walked out the door for my trip. Jezza saved the day! I can not get over how quickly the item reached me once the issue was noticed. The quality and beauty of the pieces was well worth the price!

Cylene and Melissa were incredible, there was a misshap with my package and both of them worked together to correct the issue I was so upset and even tho it was my fault they fixed it ASAP and it arrived to the correct address on time, I’m so grateful to have been working with your amazing team and have never had a better experience with any other customer service agents. I ordered their subscription box, the 'Queen' monthly box as they currently have an offer on. I was intrigued by their social media showcasing the beautiful and unique underwear. Plus for the price of a high street bra you get a gorgeous set of lingerie that is not only stunningly unique, but fantastically comfortable. There was a delay in the website updating the delivery status so I got in touch and dealt with a lovely lady called Faith, who apologised and looked into it. Her replies were quick and she was very apologetic whilst offering reasons for the issues and trying her best to resolve them. But I received my package very quickly despite the current situation and I can't wait for my next order. Tldr; just try it, I promise the first box will sell you on it.

I bought a 6 month subscription and was pretty skeptical that the underwear would live up to my expectations but honestly, it's gorgeous! I will be continuing way into the future and am completely converted. I love the cute packaging, I like the fact that they make the decision for me and choose me something that they know I will like and when something wasn't quite perfect (sizing) they worked to fix it instantly and were so responsive!
