I had a question regarding items that were out of stock and what the wait would be like, and Mia was super helpful and quick to answer my queries. She was really easy to talk to as well. I’d feel super comfortable asking her a question again!

Had an issue where I had been charged double twice for my subscription box. Turns out I had accidentally chosen 2 boxes each month but I only ever received one so I had no clue why I was being charged. I contacted your team via email and Mia figured out straight away what the problem was and issued my refund for the boxes I didn’t receive. She was lovely to speak to the whole process and I couldn’t fault her service.
