Empress Mimi lingerie is both beautiful and comfy, I love the look and feel of them. I have two sets currently and another one the way. I had a small issue with one bralette, but Elle from the team was so helpful and friendly and organised a replacement quickly. I would highly recommend the products and the customer service!

Beautiful product. Fast delivery. I have the three month pre-paid and it did NOT double charge after a month :) I don't have experience on changing sizes or canceling subscriptions, please consult other reviews for that.
