With the whole pandemic and the numbers going up one of my subscription boxes didn't arrive. I knew it might take a bit longer but when it was almost a month passt the deadline I decided to contact their customer support. Got a reply super fast and had been in contact with them for a few days to solve the issue. It turned out that my package was returned as unclaimed although I had never gotten a notification of it ever arriving to the post office or an attempted delivery. Jezza, my customer support fairy, helped me get my package reshipped and fix an issue with my account! One of the most pleasant experiences with customer service I ever had. Can't wait to see what my subscription box contains!!!
