I bought the madam x corset and subscribed to the Queen’s box. I love both. They run true to size and the quality is wonderful. The small details like clasps and ties are all quite classy. I had an issue early on with shipping and I contacted customer support and Lilah was most helpful with my issue being resolved straight away. I loved the box that the corset came in, was a little surprised that the queens box isn’t actually a box.

I had some issues with a return order and Jezza was super helpful and quick. Within a day, she had listened to my concern/request, placed an order, and followed up to make sure I was informed of what was going on. A very positive experience! Sorry if Jezza is not short for Jezzabell, just had to make a pun!
