Melissa was magnificent in managing my request to help complete a replacement that I was waiting to be re-stocked. She took the extra effort to re-submit forms for me and navigate ensuring that my request could be fulfilled. Thank you Melissa and thank you Empress Mimi! I have always been taken care of as a customer with quick response time. I appreciate your efforts so much, it is really nice to feel valued.

Unfortunately my parcel did not arrive. Lilah was wonderfully upbeat and very helpful with sorting out the issue!

I had a pretty complex issue with my order (not really anyone's fault - just different issue to a normal return) and Mia was able to sort it with calm, competant communication. It took us a little while to get organised but it worked out perfectly and I now have just what I needed. Thanks Mia! Carly

The items are really well made and super sexy and the customer service team (in particular Lilah) have been awesome especially during a global pandemic 🙌

I needed to exchange a few items due to sizing issues. The customer service team were amazing in assisting me, especially Lola with whom I most communicated with. She was prompt with her replies and very professional and friendly. I already loved the clothing but it's always nice when a company has a great team behind them as well.

Without prompting, your staff noticed I had been sent a set I already had received in my subscription, and sent me a new set without even being prompted. When I received the order notification, I reached out, confused because I had simply assumed EM didn’t have any other varieties of sets left- so I was worried there was some kind of mistake. Mia was very helpful in explaining that it was purposeful customer service & basically guaranteed that I’m going to be returning as a subscriber come the New Year.
