I had a negative situation revolving around a mishandled cancellation request that was taken care of promptly and efficiently as soon as Mia stepped into the picture. She handled my issue professionally, but with sensitivity and empathy, and without wasting my time. I truly appreciate that level of customer service, clearly she is a valuable asset to your company.

I love all my Empress Mimi sets! So fab and comfy - it doesn't have wire but it gives me the support that I need. I can wear it all day unlike any other bras w/ wire. ;)

I received an item with a factory defect: my pixie Mia was so kind and helpful, and sent me a replacement right away. The new piece fits perfect and it’s so lovely. I have received pieces with defects previously (unattached pieces from garment on arrival) and haven’t had the same help… on occasion I was told to repair them myself. I was hesitant to put in a request for this piece… and I’m glad this time was a different experience.

I always love getting my Empress Boxes. The quality and comfort is amazing. After having an issue with receiving one of the items in my latest Empress Box, I exchanged a few messages with customer support and Mia was great at resolving the issue straight away.

Love love love them! It was my first time buying lingerie ever, so I wasn't too sure how everything would fit. Their pieces have a lot of stretch and are mostly super adjustable. I ended up using their size guarantee for one item that didn't quite fit, and they were really great about it. Their customer service reps are very responsive, and they don't give up until they've addressed your concerns. I've loved all my sets so far, and I'm looking forward to next month's s surprise!

The staff at Empress Mimi was wonderful and responsive. So far, they have helped me upgrade my subscription - change sizes in between boxes and the latest is reaching out to let me know my shipment is coming in two pieces so I’m not confused when it doesn’t all arrive at once. ❤️ Not only are their products amazing-so is their customer service!

I love the products from Empress Mimi. I’ve had the Queen subscription for over one year and I’ve loved all the products I’ve received. In about 12 months, I’ve had only one delivery issue and they paid me back straight away, the customer service is great and very friendly !
