Due to an annoying little warehouse/packing glitch (yes mistakes do happen) my order was quite late and when I received it it was wrong sizes. The magic of good customer service is that THIS situation could’ve gone two very different ways. This issue was rectified promptly and with a great attitude. Mia really did a great job and went that extra bit further to ensure I didn’t get a double up in styles from another order I had placed. I had some issues with my items on being in the warehouse. Jezza solved it all.

I couldn't find my tracking number so I emailed and asked about it, and turns out I selected the wrong shipping! My bad.

I got way too excited about the Black Friday sale and ordered the wrong size so I emailed in. Elle handled it beautifully! I was given 2 options and realistic expectations were set. I’m very excited to get my correct size when it is back in stock. I’m so glad waiting was an option and I was not told to cancel my order or place a new one. Not only is your product amazing so is your customer service!
