Just ordered the Naughty (Foxy Cleopatra) and Nice (My fair Daisy) sets as part of the Christmas promotion with Empress. I had some trouble ordering and I emailed customer service. Mia got back to me immediately and was very responsive and helpful. After a bit of back and forth she was able to solve the issue (no thanks to my own ineptness in trying to send the order 🤦🏼‍♀️) and process the order. I haven’t received the sets yet but I know the quality will be outstanding based on other sets I own. Love this company for their products and amazing customer service!

This company has world-class customer service. The set I ordered is very cute and true to size. Recently, I ordered something and someone in the warehouse made a mistake with my order. Customer service fixed the problem within hours. Plus the customer service representative was both personable and professional.

I recieved excellent customer service from Mia who was very friendly, helpful and accurate with answering my questions.
