I love Empress Mimi! Their products are incredibly sexy and comfortable! I have told all my friends about it and give it as gifts. Customer service is always exceptional! They go above and beyond if you need them. I live in the United States and look forward to my shipment every month.

Jezza assisted me with a delivery that never got ordered. While I am upset about this, they provided me with tracking for the second expected delivery, as well as a proper refund for the undelivered items. They were polite and patient with the situation, and very willing to help.

I made an error when checking out and when I contacted Empress Mimi, Jeneva picked up my email and gave me several options and was able to resolve my oops super fast. Very much appreciated. This was my first order and will definitely be back based on the great customer service.
