Clear and helpful I ordered the Cassandra set and I’m so eager to receive it. Unfortunately, due to worldwide shipping delays, I haven’t received it after a month. I contacted the team to ask when I should expect it and Jurie directed me to the page I could find the usual shipping times but also gave me an idea of how long other customers in my country had recently waited. Communication was prompt and professional and even though I’m still yet to receive my order, I’m more than likely ordering more simply because of the customer service.
