Really love the service from Empress Mimi. They go above and beyond to look after clients and are always the sweetest, loveliest people. I've had some delivery problems due to floods, covid delays etc. And even though it is not their fault, they've helped me track down packages and get my beautiful gifts-to-self. Cannot recommend highly enough

Thanks to Jezza's contact, I was able to know what happened to my package. I was wondering where was my package, as the delivery service never left a note at my place. Thanks to the credit I was given, I hope to find again the lovely items that I ordered the first time. If not, I'm sure to find something, as it is not the first time shopping with empress Mimi. Next time I'll make sure to add the tracking number, so the package is always under the radar.

I am a first time buyer and I ended up having size issues with my bottoms. Jezza was very informative and helped me solve my issue very quickly. The customer service is fantastic. I can’t wait for my other order to come in.

Needed to change my payment option on my subscription because my card got reissued. I was able to find how to add a payment method but I wasn't able to find a way to change the subscription to the new payment method. Jezza was able to get this resolved for me ASAP and get the subscription box reprocessed and sent.
